Yes, she has a huge advantage in the looks department -- perhaps a little bit of a cheat - that said, she did a lot of study and training - it is much longer than your average bachelor degree - which gets her to a first assistant [or something to that effect] then the masters equivalent leads to captaincy (with more practical also).
