Of course everybody is different Peter - I think some of the prejudice of say non-western doctors is not racism at all [it's called that to structuralize the anti-racism 'platform'] but it is based on perceptions of training standards in say first world and second/third world nations.

You bring up many relevant points, but the gist is everybody, no matter how many similarities they share, is an individual ! A nuance: Of course some say that we have more similarities than differences as human-beings. And ironically, your own 'individualism' [philosophy] is actually an anathema to your side of politics which leans closer to collectivism ! Hence the need to apply nuance and understanding in relationships and people's feelings.
