Nice piece Peter, But what I would like to see you write is a (thesis or piece) on what would have happened to indigenous people if 'white' people did not show up. It is possible it saved the aboriginal race. In Australia's case the French were sniffing around already, the Japanese bombed Australia in the war, and in latter times - China would be 'in like Flynn'😎 if Australia was still in the 'stone-age'. Then there's the Dutch, Spanish and others. This is not racism - Also many largely white indigenous people would not even exist without both white or black people. There was a time when indigenous ppl would not accept such people - today with politics - a numbers game - it has changed. I am for equality - not elitism in any form. Particularly when we are talking about millions of people with different needs. Questions such as these are never addressed - but quickly discarded as stupid or racist or some other - I disagree - What do you think?
