My theory on this, is, if your genes are okay, or hopefully REALLY okay, is, I think, how the mother feeds her baby right up until s/he can go to the fridge himself...and beyond, hopefully some good habits have been groomed by then -- much diversification, in all those weird products once in baby foods...even brains etc; and as much of it non processed as possible! And plenty of child's play! Most all happens early! ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯...my two cents - for free!! LOL
