I'm with you all the way, Michelle -- I once found out from a one-clapper [and this is like a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma] anyway she said she gave one clap because the writer already has many claps and why should she add to it [she herself does not get many claps, I have tried to help her -- but her attitude is largely to blame]. So it's definately a karma thing - it all goes to show how little they understand the clap system as well as algorithms! The algoriths are a wake-up to them -- lol. But the bottom line is that they are all things selfish and think they are getting one-up on you [because you always give them 50]. I have witnessed one-clappers give fifty claps - after dreaming up excuses for them for many, many months as to why they do it! Which shows they are capable of committing the fifty-clap crime!
