I'm glad you found writing, Shane -- you shouldn't let anybody, or gang make you feel small -- easier said than done, I know -- Nobody except you know the trauma you endured - but I believe you're largely over it -- you come off as having high self-worth and self-esteem -- if you didn't mention it nobody would be the wiser!
