Same all over, it's universal -- and Ryan probably was charged with assaulting police, which they entrapped him with, essentially [not that drunken 'Ryan's' are a whole lot better] -- I think it wonderful you publish these truths Carol -- truths that everybody is aware of -- the average policeman's inferiority and motivation for joining the force, and indeed some of the rare ones of great character, although few and far between as you say -- Awesome article!
