Hi Shadai, I'm the same it's gotta have tobasco sauce in the soup and chilli in everything else -- I have learnt temperance through experience, after going overboard, then some, on most things -- Try cutting back on salt -- that's near impossible too -- it's in everything from bread on up -- as of course is the hot near impossible - but by choice, because it is in nothing until you add it!
