Great piece Julia - and it is preciously how I feel at times on Medium - how many times do writers appear to be using 'guilt' as a motivation to their readers. Sometimes it is not so obvious - indeed you cannot be sure if it is a tactic - So I try not to write for sympathy. Great piece Julia
