Awesome idea, Julie -- I have heard others also singing the praises of sweet potatoes!

As much as I’ve tried getting my kids to eat whole sweet potatoes, none of them willingly choose to eat them. But they do love these juice recipes with sweet potatoes and ask for a glass every time I make it.
